da happz

i saw the new year in with Scott and David at his place... the minute 2012 arrived i went home and went to sleep.  mind you the origional intention was to sleep right through it.. i think ive only done that once in the last 20 years and that was in 08/09?  The start so far is similiar to the start of 2009 with new years day being an active day and also i am planning to hang out with Tim.... and in 2009 I hung out with Tim on the 1st of Jan.  I have a few things planned today with a bbq at Tims and a feed with Scott and then dinner at my parents place.

thats the theme for 2012.  normally im not that bold in forecasting changes like that but im not putting up with a repeat of 2011.  in recent times i havent made any new years resolutions as i believe they are like the yappings of a chuihuahua.  instead ive just let things happen.  however the direction 2011 led me was in areas i didnt wanna go.... so im getting out!  There has been hints of goals being fulfilled (FINALLY!!!) in the alleged end of the world year.  the last 3 years whilst they have been different have not imo been terribly constructive or wholesome... despite this God still manages to teach me new things even when we are swimming in shit.  i have so longed for the good old days where i was kitesurfing and kayaking etc and when 75kgs was considered heavy. i basked in the glory of the 10 years of separation from 1997 to 2007... most of that time was spent flipping burgers at maccas.... now i long for the opportunity to live that life ag...

allmost turfed Aston out and was on the verge of washing my hands of everyone and moving back to my parents place and tenanting this place (ie properly).  this was the result of the latest drama involving Aston not being able to keep away from all the tit for tat monkeycrap unfolding between members of our group. Infact if it werent for the latest drama involving Emma piking out on Angel i doubt i would have reneged on my stance.  But alas an agreement has been reached... im keeping Angel, Aston is staying here and JESS is moving in and will be taking care of the cats... yes CATS a PLURAL.  I didnt take Angel to get fixed the other day and i did NOT forget either... i want Angel to have another litter of kittens. i am still going to Evas bday as i personally havent fallen out with anyone.  ive made strict conditions on Aston and Jess staying at my place.  they need to clean and stay away from drama... no ifs no butts.  unfortunately we still need to sor...

just finish the last athletics meet of the year..... a month break and then back into it in Jan... did ok in the pentathalon but more details in my website.  as for the 3 happs here goes... more dramas Stipe and I are friends again.  the friendship resumed just as fast as it ended and recent events will only make our friendship stronger as the direction that my life is taking will please Stipe for sure. in other news my flatmate Aston was jumped the other nite whilst walking home from the city.... its slowly becoming clearer as to what actually happened.  Him and Wazza were attacked, by the same ppl who allegedly attacked Wazza a few weeks earlier.  infact this incident has further put a gulf between me and certain ppl (they are accused of hiding the perpetrators and not telling the police who they were) but as allways you never know what REALLY happened.  Aston himself is ok now but initally was taken to hospital for a concussion.  I was FUMING at the ...

staying on the subject of work im now based in Howick and under the new system im finding it good although unsure as to whether financiall im better off under the new or old system... depends on the run i guess as they are all marked differently.... the run im doin at da mo prob suits the old system slightly better in terms of money.  but other things are WAY better under the new system and to be honest im not hugely interested in making lots of money if it means working massive hours... stuff that.  currently im earning more money than under the old system but also working more hours.  this is not what im after, i wanna keep my finishing times early, either by doing less work (ie getting less money) or by getting faster. Currently been doing pakuranga runs again.... infact most of this week has been spent doing my old runs that i used to do under pakuranga. but back on Howick next week. to be honest there is way too much drama going on to actually finalise a 2011 wri...

ok where were we.... WORK: noticed my speed on several runs had increased somewhat... the new techniques were paying off especiall on run 54 (Eastern beach).  Still slow sorting until May when i starting getting quick but then my outside speed slowed.  In August however things completely changed when i moved to Howick team... a decision i did mostly for others more than for myself.  I am doing the run that my house is on.... which is great although the run itself is very hard and takes a while....

oh allmost forgot.... the 2011 writeup... how can i forget? Well according to several sources i will not get the opportunity to do another years writeup as we are allegedly meant to all die in 2012 near the end of the year.  But hey not to be outdone 2011 had its fair share or doomsday dates.... may 21st and oct 21st.... as with all previous finality dates these one too proved to be false... but nothing like a fear of a rapture to shake a man back into life and the may 21st prediction did in a way come true for parts of my life.... let me explain. THE YEAR THAT I WASNT ALONE:  In all there were prob only a couple of months where i was technicially living alone.... and this was in Autumn.. March and April.  The fear of the rapture DID indeed cause me to return to the palace to await my final flight, even though i wasnt fully convinced of the credability of this prediction.  But To be honest this was Autumn.... the first two months of summer were spent with other p...

summer heralds the onset of the "silly season".  the season where everyoine kicks back and any rigid plans of life go on the back burner the be replaced by shallow emotions.... for some ppl i guess this could be destructive but for myself who believe it or not lives a life bound by very rigid codes.... this is a way of being set free.  Because of this free willy i have decided to cease blogging and YES my website is going offline too.  it may come back at a later date.... maybe the blog too but in the meantime all entries will not see the light of cyberspace until i flick the switch ON.  yes the social season or silly season is here.... for me that means hangin with friends, listening to mainstream music, dressing nicely and enjoying life.  long may it last FAREWELL Mark Tuckey

i tell ya  this bloody year is FULL of madness.... the latest drama is a health one for me.. bloody infection in my gum by my lower left molar is giving me a world of hurt.... fortunately not as bad as toothache... mind you not much can compete with toothache.  Ive had infections before but this is quite a painful one.  Hung out with Jaxx today after work.... first time in ages.  She too has been watching the sparks fly on facebook and like me has been staying out of it.... of course where us two differ is that i DO still rant.... and its all for your viewing pleasure right here.  Speaking of viewers it appears that i do have an audience... i will still speak my mind on matters even if those to whom it concerns are watching. this year can be remembered for the DRAMAS if nothing else... i will be doin a writeup once the new year kicks in... but i'll say this now... its been a wild year!! Anyway as mentioned before DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA.... fallings out, fighting, some of it allmost getting physicial between members of our group. Dramas with the neighbours having issues with the cats.. then today they cleaned out the courtyard, none too happy with me as apparantly i didnt help out.... i was OUT helping a friend and knew nothing about it... go figure. Emma has moved out... she took most of her things today whilst i was at my parents place.... the future of me and the members of the Palace are up in the air.  im over the Dramas coming from there and to be honest i dont think they have much time for me at da mo either. Speaking of fallings out... STIPE and i are through.  He tossed his toys out of the cot cos i couldnt go surfing with him today... he knows damn well that i go to my parents place ev...

Good weather too.... wind from the NE.  Unfortunately no kiting for me at da mo... BUSY BUSY BUSY and SICK SICK SICK.  Oh yes and lets not forget the kites are munted my boards are munted and WILD WILLY is munted.  Lets not even go there haha.  Seriously thinking about whether its even worth getting it fixed.  I love the Jeep, it RULZ but if things are consistantly gonna break on it then is it really worth the time and money repairing it? Im expecting this month to be busy at work... its been quite busy as of late and i only expect that to increase up until Christmas.  My run im doin at da mo is pretty gnarly eh.... 3hrs and over to deliver.  Pretty sweet though as its at my place haha... and despite me still thinking thats its been measured wrong (somethings been omited with the travel?  Saw it at da start... somethings up there) im starting to get some ok times in now and the new system really is good. there must be a way to do this run fast b...
