prepping for isolation
Basically with thousands of new cases every day now it’s sorta a real possibility that catching Omicron will occur. Of course that means isolation for 10 days… now I don’t know what the story is regarding essential workers… now I’ve heard that CRITICAL workers can return to work after a negative RAT test but dunno if essential and critical are the same thing. If not then I guess I’ll be chilling at home for 10 days solid haha. If yes then I guess I’ll finally be finding out what those RAT tests are all about haha. I remember the mysticism surrounding the PCR tests when they first came out (well in the mainstream anyway as they’ve actually been around for quite a while before Covid and are used to check for other viruses). I remember the first test was different to the ones I’ve had since as the first test I was not in my car it was when I was at my GP and getting a medical cert for a cold I had.
