BOOSTIN!

 yep the booster jab is booked for tomorrow morning. I will give you regular updates on how it goes.  Haha I dunno if I’ll try and get a rush out of it... ie try and look at the needle cos last time when I was having number 2 the guy jabbing me put his hand in the way cos I kept trying to look at the needle and getting all excited... haha next they’ll be putting their hands over my eyes LOL.  Haha just like at the dentist when they pull my teeth one do the girls had their hands around my chin and the other was working the pliers.  That happened just before the pandemic started and was my last tooth extraction. Anyway I’m off to work soon. I’m active in Instagram at da mo so follow me on there.  There is a few selfies on there too actually which I haven’t done for ages. Dunno if it’s this whole cafe thing I’m doing at da mo... dressing up and being “anti bloke”... using my DEfluencer status to mess with ppls minds.  Or of course it mite just be me adapting finally to the new way society’s heading.... which lets be honest here was like this long before Covid.... just a general progressing from freedom to security.  Dunno if we are more secure than what we were 40 years ago.... but we certainly have less freedom. I blame technology as much as I blame the govt. but this is where we are headed and ppl seem ok with it (well they did before Covid anyway) so I’m taking the piss out of it and pimping this whole anti bloke thing as real men don’t need any laws... so if you need laws then best to drop the ball scratching and join the cafe club... put a decent shirt on and some nice pants and start sipping lattes HAHA.  I love taking piss out of society.  Anyway tomorrow at 915 am..... BOOSTIN!!

BUSY BUSY BUSY but great timing

Well it looks like im staying in Howick now.  Since my last post there has been issues with another Howick postie... but for a different reason and nothing to do with work.  there are two quotes which ring true in my mind at da mo... both relating to arguing.... i hate argueing... its a gross waste of time and energy... time and energy which i dont have at da mo.  I will also only argue my point if i think there is hope in resolving a crisis... and this latest crisis is beyond help imo.  It definately doesnt need my input anyway... and now that im run off my feet at work with day after day of 3pm finishes (used to finish at midday) i see no need to flog a dead horse... id rather just watch it decompose... ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Currently experiencing issues with my internet... changed over to a different net company and whilst the connection itself is working well... my laptop doesnt seem to be towing the line so im on my Vodem which at my place has bad rec...

Jaxx 40th

yes it finally being written up haha... here it is. All fears of any flashpoints between me and Eva were quickly put to rest as we both got along well for setting up the balloons etc.... but i was basically in my "i'm a male i'm there to EAT" state. i had no intention at all of dancing... well the rest is history really as i DID dance. I did manage to get down to 80kgs for the party as i had hoped to do... anyway rolled up to Skots place with Stipe and stoked the male psyche by talking about food and metal whilst watching MMA cage fighting on the tele.  The 5 of us then piled into my car... me, David, Stipe, Skot and Duff... i was the only one under 100kgs... our total weight was over half a ton lols but white lightning was up to da task. Once at da CNB however i put on my more girly state (similiar to what i was like in 2008 and 2009)... danced, posed and even kissed Jaxx under the kissing bell.  Lots of alcohol was drunk but i didn't drink.  quite funny as...

HOLIDAYS

I'm in the middle of my longest break from work since i started at nzp.  it's goin well btw and i've had LOTS of sleep hahaha.  as for a genuine holiday (ie when it's just ME that's not working) i dunno yet.  i didn't put in for holidays during may but at da mo i'm not fussed.  My entitlement starts in August but remember that i do plan on having a month in OZ next Jan.... of course that may not occur.  i will be taking holidays as i'm entitled to them however as i don't want to have anything owing to me in view of what happened with maccas and the fiasco surrounding that.
