WACKY OCTOBER

omg Octobers been busy and chaotic and sometimes downright crap. My car got broken into in Grey Lynn. My friendships has been up the pole again and i've had my fair share of emotional fuckups. But work has been going good and i've had a few gr8 outings with Tim's mates, a work outing to paintball and a gr8 outing with Jaxx, Eva, Scotty and Devon just the other night.

Kitesurfing has been dissapointing conditionswise but i've had a few good sessions in. got a new board too which goes great.

but mentally i've been a wreck, very very very moody... maybe because my suspicions that ppl dislike me are now turning out to be fact. of course becasue of this i've been flying between all my mental states... trapped in the pop culture without the perks.

as much as i like working at post i've come to the conclusion that it doesn't fully suit me if i was gonna become a full on kiter again so at the mo i've got to balance everything on a fine point... if i get too into the pop culture too much then i get moody every time i'm reminded that i'm on the outer (which occurs all the time). but at the same time if i get too much into kitesurfing then that too causes problems if its windy and i have a big day at work.

Facebook has caused a huge amount of problems and i'd say that if there ever was a mistake that i made in the last 2 years... then it was signing up to facebook cos it just becomes a huge popularity contest.... and i allways lose those. i also get real peeved when friends decline me or delete me.... many of those are kitesurfers btw. so yeah i'm slowly killing off my FB site... plan to convert it into a fullon kitesurfing site eventually so i will allways have a FB presense but lots of the stuff i currently have on there i plan to get rid of.

ok its November now.... windiest month in akl... mmmm well in theory.

BUSY BUSY BUSY but great timing

Well it looks like im staying in Howick now.  Since my last post there has been issues with another Howick postie... but for a different reason and nothing to do with work.  there are two quotes which ring true in my mind at da mo... both relating to arguing.... i hate argueing... its a gross waste of time and energy... time and energy which i dont have at da mo.  I will also only argue my point if i think there is hope in resolving a crisis... and this latest crisis is beyond help imo.  It definately doesnt need my input anyway... and now that im run off my feet at work with day after day of 3pm finishes (used to finish at midday) i see no need to flog a dead horse... id rather just watch it decompose... ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Currently experiencing issues with my internet... changed over to a different net company and whilst the connection itself is working well... my laptop doesnt seem to be towing the line so im on my Vodem which at my place has bad rec...

Jaxx 40th

yes it finally being written up haha... here it is. All fears of any flashpoints between me and Eva were quickly put to rest as we both got along well for setting up the balloons etc.... but i was basically in my "i'm a male i'm there to EAT" state. i had no intention at all of dancing... well the rest is history really as i DID dance. I did manage to get down to 80kgs for the party as i had hoped to do... anyway rolled up to Skots place with Stipe and stoked the male psyche by talking about food and metal whilst watching MMA cage fighting on the tele.  The 5 of us then piled into my car... me, David, Stipe, Skot and Duff... i was the only one under 100kgs... our total weight was over half a ton lols but white lightning was up to da task. Once at da CNB however i put on my more girly state (similiar to what i was like in 2008 and 2009)... danced, posed and even kissed Jaxx under the kissing bell.  Lots of alcohol was drunk but i didn't drink.  quite funny as...

HOLIDAYS

I'm in the middle of my longest break from work since i started at nzp.  it's goin well btw and i've had LOTS of sleep hahaha.  as for a genuine holiday (ie when it's just ME that's not working) i dunno yet.  i didn't put in for holidays during may but at da mo i'm not fussed.  My entitlement starts in August but remember that i do plan on having a month in OZ next Jan.... of course that may not occur.  i will be taking holidays as i'm entitled to them however as i don't want to have anything owing to me in view of what happened with maccas and the fiasco surrounding that.
