Relaxing during the hols

My detox is going well... found oput last nite what happens though when you binge on it... you start shaking and you certainlky dont feel good at all lols.  It also shows that im not actually that unhealthy when im not stuffing my face with junkfood... which is proven by the lack of symptoms and toilet events when im eating normally... so at least in that regards im happy... but in the weightloss department i havent lost a gram... however this may be due to all the water im drinking to take the pills.  If i am able to have a reasonable diet once i get back to work then thats where i reckon the weightloss will occur. For those conspiracy buffs i have also put online my chemtrail diary to document the spraying in auckland.  Its a relaxed page... not doom and gloom... i also document the day in terms of weather as i like putting up what nature puts in our skies.... and if a CONTRAIL appears ill enter it in here too as a legit contrail is RARE here in akl.  Saw two last year... saw one so far this year.
