OK looks like another aspect of my past has been revisited

As you are aware i will be heading back to kitesurfing next week.  Thats been a plan of mine for a while.  But there is one other aspect of my existance thats been neglected as of late... my gym training.  Last year i had surprising success with powerlifting which whilst not surprising considering my build (im quite stocky) but surprising considering my recent lack of conditioning.  also you mite be surprised to know that i get embarassed quite easily and i think its cos i take my appearence too seriously which will DEFINATELY surprise ppl.  Yes believe it or not i DO TRY and present myself neatly... yes indeed i should be sticking to my day job. But seriously what a revelation tonite... this whole new page has been opened... and it all seems to fit into place.  So in short i have officially decided to get back into powerlifting AND kitesurfing... which is gonna be interesting but unlikely to cause an issue as the extra weight i may gain by powerlifting shouldnt affect me so long as i keep it simple and utilise my biggest kite... this should come in handy as it suits heavier kiters and until recently ive been quite light... especially in 2007 when i was 70kgs.  With powerlifting my weight could very well go above 90kgs especially if i increase my calorie intake (i think its high enuf allready but im known to eat ANYTHING... veges, fruit, meat, junkfood... you name it... down the hatch it goes... so gaining weight aint a problem... turning it into muscle is more of a challenge.  So looks like im set to get even heavier... and set to TOTALLY lose my metro persona and completely go back to being an unashamed bloke who looks big, ugly but is in superb health... and i have the kites to deal with my increasing weight... so LETS GET IT ON.
