2009 past tense summary

2009 was one of the few years that i saw in alone... especially at that time. the desire was to get fully back into kitesurfing as by now i was up to speed at work and finishing early... but it never eventuated... infact i was even less into kiting in 2009 than i was in 2008.

this was also the year where i went on a spending spree... bought some toys.... all of which kiting related. at the end of the year it was also the year that i bought wild willy... the suzuki escurdo... you know that storage facility obstructing the driveway for the last few years? yep back then it went very well too and an ideal kite machine.

Anyway at the start was a continuation of the beach lifestyle... this year was also the year where i met most of my new skool friends... including being introduced to "mrs ms" place... and once that occured that was basically it... to this day i continue to go there in a regular basis... albiet not as much as 2010-2012 when i was over there allmost every day.

i was introduced to there via Eva.... who stopped going there ages ago... but back then of course things were different. but at the time this was not a good year... full of dramas... not with my new mates but with my old ones... well maccas ones anyway.

Anyway the new clan consisted of Wazza, Scott and David and Eva was a regular back then too. Future flattie Aston was also met this year although i had hardly anything to do with him back then. 

So with my social life sorted i also got majorly back into the gym thanx to Evas then boyfriend Devon... infact quite a few of us went to all seasons at the time. Eva went, Devon went and even Scott and Wazza gave it a go. Nowadays of course im the only person who goes... amd even then it aint often lol. But back then me and Devon allmost lived there and it basically spawned my new body... gone was the light skinny me that only worked arms... now i was bigger, and worked bench and even legs and stopped working arms as much.  Anyway a big focus on the gym with my training buddy Devon and often Eva as well.

Anyway there were fueds, often facebook related. the slandering which started in 2008 was continuing and of course i was still in a very fecked up mental state and still craved popularity... so this didnt go down very well with me.... but i still hadnt "turned my back on societa" at this stage so was more affected by it back then than what i am now... and i was yet to resort to playing hard to get... that started later on and was a reason why 2010 was a huge improvement.

Anyway 2009 was prob the year where i started my "new me"... not allways good either i mite add... it was the first year where i was a "landlubber" and was also the first year fully at post... which was going really well. At least that part of my existance was going well.

But really it was still a case of my mental state and emotions letting me down... still desired to be popular... obviously this had to dealt with... and fast.... and the following year would see to that.
