Major happs

Ok let's recap....

It's apparant now that my Sentra is no longer fit for around town driving... However it can still do open road... At least for the time being. this means that I can do beachlands but will need to bike to work if I do botany... Which I have been doing for the past week. have yet to get a car but are pretty close to buying one from a workmate. Anyway this is a dramatic deviation from my normal choice of car but to be honest is suited for the around town style of driving I'll be doing as its for work mostly. I still wanna use the Sentra for kitesurfing if possible.

now I may also be transferring to beachlands branch on a long term basis and may even live out there... If so I'll be flatting with a friend and will only occasionally visit Howick etc.... mostly to check on the house and buy cat food. Now this is only one option and depends on whether we can land the deal. In failing that there are three other options....

Staying home: now this is what im gonna try initially ... Especially now that calebs moved back to his parents... Well sorta... They wanted him back as they were concerned about his health.  Whilst this is the logical choice if im gonna be the only one here one needs to remember that caleb will still occasionally crash here... His still has his bed here n stuff and sez it will prob be weekends he stays at mine. Anyway the other factor is the new car.... This has the potential to cause dramas with my neighbours cos of parking issues... Now there is certainly still room in the driveway so I'd park the Sentra there and the new one in the carport... Where the Sentra is now... But if the shit goes down then im gonna have to have it somewhere else.

So if unable to get beachlands place then I have two other options....

Mrs ms place... Now this is ultimately what im keen on doing... But atm there is no room there... And prob won't be until the old fellas at the front move out... And that's highly unlikely.. So that's effectively ruled out.

the other option of course is Andreas place and I have done this before last year but didn't fully move in... This time though I will be... Now there are several advantages to living at Dreas... Lots of room for stuff, I also get on well with both Andrea and her flatmate, thirdly the cats are there... tangos siblings... Fourthly I'd be able to bring my cats over... Infact they were there for the beginning half of last year.

so im gonna wait and see what happens with the car...

As for kiting... I will get back into it if I go to beachlands.... Especially if I end up flatting over there... Pine harbour with its  prevailing westerly winds is just down the road... So a perfect setup!

but let's just see what happens first EH.

BUSY BUSY BUSY but great timing

Well it looks like im staying in Howick now.  Since my last post there has been issues with another Howick postie... but for a different reason and nothing to do with work.  there are two quotes which ring true in my mind at da mo... both relating to arguing.... i hate argueing... its a gross waste of time and energy... time and energy which i dont have at da mo.  I will also only argue my point if i think there is hope in resolving a crisis... and this latest crisis is beyond help imo.  It definately doesnt need my input anyway... and now that im run off my feet at work with day after day of 3pm finishes (used to finish at midday) i see no need to flog a dead horse... id rather just watch it decompose... ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Currently experiencing issues with my internet... changed over to a different net company and whilst the connection itself is working well... my laptop doesnt seem to be towing the line so im on my Vodem which at my place has bad rec...

Jaxx 40th

yes it finally being written up haha... here it is. All fears of any flashpoints between me and Eva were quickly put to rest as we both got along well for setting up the balloons etc.... but i was basically in my "i'm a male i'm there to EAT" state. i had no intention at all of dancing... well the rest is history really as i DID dance. I did manage to get down to 80kgs for the party as i had hoped to do... anyway rolled up to Skots place with Stipe and stoked the male psyche by talking about food and metal whilst watching MMA cage fighting on the tele.  The 5 of us then piled into my car... me, David, Stipe, Skot and Duff... i was the only one under 100kgs... our total weight was over half a ton lols but white lightning was up to da task. Once at da CNB however i put on my more girly state (similiar to what i was like in 2008 and 2009)... danced, posed and even kissed Jaxx under the kissing bell.  Lots of alcohol was drunk but i didn't drink.  quite funny as...

HOLIDAYS

I'm in the middle of my longest break from work since i started at nzp.  it's goin well btw and i've had LOTS of sleep hahaha.  as for a genuine holiday (ie when it's just ME that's not working) i dunno yet.  i didn't put in for holidays during may but at da mo i'm not fussed.  My entitlement starts in August but remember that i do plan on having a month in OZ next Jan.... of course that may not occur.  i will be taking holidays as i'm entitled to them however as i don't want to have anything owing to me in view of what happened with maccas and the fiasco surrounding that.
