The power continues

2 weeks now since my holidays finished.... startin to taste success on run 54 at work. torrettes not as ruthless as before da hols... my decision to bring my mp3 player to work is paying off as i can zone out to heavy metal as opposed to the distractions of rustling letters and crappy radio stations in da depot. the biggest challenge to me is keepin da batteries topped up and becasue of this i may get a more convenient mp3 player like an ipod... someone at work even recommended i get one lol. the mp3 idea works great becasue it shuts me up, i go faster... hey everyones happy lol... no wonder they recommending me getting one that doesn't run out of juice halfways through my letter sorting... anything to shut me up... lol.

in other news i've been going out HEAPS with Eva and her mates.... Jaxx has been largely out of da scene until last nite when da 3 of us had tea at her place and then went to da cock n bull. unlike last time however i was very subdued this time round... infact the bouncers even thought i had passed out due to excess alcohol (i consumed no alcohol at all btw). They told me to get some fresh air... once i had some fresh air i met a class mate that i knew from windsurfing and kitesurfing days... someone that my brother knows... Blair Russel.... great to catch up with him again.... only got to chat with him for a short while before Jaxx and Eva dragged me onto da dance floor lol. Afterwards me and Eva watched some more tally at Jaxx's place before jaxx needed to sleep for work.... funi thing was i txted jaxx this morning... and that txt actually woke her up... if it wasn't for that txt she would have been real late for work lol.... hence the reason why i never go out before a work day.

Before lasat nite i've been going to mini golf, BK, subway and lots of bowling with Eva and her friends... I've been kitesurfing too... not much but the new kite i bought works great.... and i plan to get another in the near future too... signs that my kitesurfing is about to step up a level.

BUSY BUSY BUSY but great timing

Well it looks like im staying in Howick now.  Since my last post there has been issues with another Howick postie... but for a different reason and nothing to do with work.  there are two quotes which ring true in my mind at da mo... both relating to arguing.... i hate argueing... its a gross waste of time and energy... time and energy which i dont have at da mo.  I will also only argue my point if i think there is hope in resolving a crisis... and this latest crisis is beyond help imo.  It definately doesnt need my input anyway... and now that im run off my feet at work with day after day of 3pm finishes (used to finish at midday) i see no need to flog a dead horse... id rather just watch it decompose... ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Currently experiencing issues with my internet... changed over to a different net company and whilst the connection itself is working well... my laptop doesnt seem to be towing the line so im on my Vodem which at my place has bad rec...

Jaxx 40th

yes it finally being written up haha... here it is. All fears of any flashpoints between me and Eva were quickly put to rest as we both got along well for setting up the balloons etc.... but i was basically in my "i'm a male i'm there to EAT" state. i had no intention at all of dancing... well the rest is history really as i DID dance. I did manage to get down to 80kgs for the party as i had hoped to do... anyway rolled up to Skots place with Stipe and stoked the male psyche by talking about food and metal whilst watching MMA cage fighting on the tele.  The 5 of us then piled into my car... me, David, Stipe, Skot and Duff... i was the only one under 100kgs... our total weight was over half a ton lols but white lightning was up to da task. Once at da CNB however i put on my more girly state (similiar to what i was like in 2008 and 2009)... danced, posed and even kissed Jaxx under the kissing bell.  Lots of alcohol was drunk but i didn't drink.  quite funny as...

HOLIDAYS

I'm in the middle of my longest break from work since i started at nzp.  it's goin well btw and i've had LOTS of sleep hahaha.  as for a genuine holiday (ie when it's just ME that's not working) i dunno yet.  i didn't put in for holidays during may but at da mo i'm not fussed.  My entitlement starts in August but remember that i do plan on having a month in OZ next Jan.... of course that may not occur.  i will be taking holidays as i'm entitled to them however as i don't want to have anything owing to me in view of what happened with maccas and the fiasco surrounding that.
