The change to Howick, the winter blast, the upcoming hols... its all in here!
I am now officially in Howick team... Howick were desperqately shortstaffed so they asked anyone in Pak if they were keen on making the switch... no-one was keen apart from me so i'm now in Howick hehe. My run isn't too far from my place and its a very nice run... the number is 9.
I am also on holiday in a few weeks... just staying at home... may do the odd outing with Stipe and hoping for a group outing to Waiwera... just the household.
Anyway wow did it get cold by akl standards... snow did fall in parts of the city which is allmost unheard of... although it didn't snow where i was. In Wellington it snowed and my parents were there to get it hehe.
Eva has now had her baby and very nice baby too... her name is Sophia.
i'm still hardcore at da gym.. buttoned off a tad but still going well most days of the week. I've changed to a more healthier diet and its starting to show... losing FAT.. not exactly losing weight as i'm looking amoungst the buffest ive ever been so ive definately put on muscle... not super ideal for summer... but fine at da mo. I'm now on gym mode 2b which is basically the same workout plan as modes 1 and 2 but my diet is healthier meaning that i lose fat. This mode lasts until mid september and then i change to mode 3 which is a change to a more summery workout plan... arms, core and chest. Cardio and group classes start to make an appearance from now on.. becoming more common in mode 3 and in mode 4 thats all i do lols
