The rankings of every year

yep as I said in my previous writeup I have ranked all my years from 2005 onwards... just to show which which years of my pitiful existence sucked more than others.  I also said that I would reread all my posts before deleting my blogs... which I may or not do... probably wait till my Facebook page finally goes kaput for good.  no use zapping these pages if my Facebook page is still alive and kicking... we can't have that now.


anyway I have a top 5 worst years and a top 5 best years... and then the rest haha... 20 in total and im not including this year 2020.


5th worst year:  2018:  this may come as a surprise as there were elements of the year which were really good... like the excitement of the business starting and the trip to Welly mid year.  the middle of the year was the highlight.  unfortunately the start was pretty bad with dramas aplenty at mine involving the usual issues when ppl live with me. that is a sorta theme... when ppl live with me things normally bad... which is  why I like being alone.  The incident early in the year involving the confrontation cannot be overlooked.  at the other end of the year the palpable fear of a house fire lingered with me after the neighbours balcony went up in flames.... filling both his and my place with toxic smoke.

4th Worst year: 2014: had a similar theme to 2018 with the start and the end sucking and the middle of the year being quite good.  however once again having someone move in just fucked the whole year up... ONE week did this.  but there were also issues with my car and my mental attitude... mostly as a leftover after taste from the previous year which also did a fair amount of sucking but isn't on this list due to me living arrangements not turning to shit.

3rd worst year: 2019:  the only year on this list that wasnt messed up by living arrangements.  instead had some new problems to deal with... run-ins with the law as well as being broke and wondering where my next meal was coming from. as bad as that was I still prefer that to having idiots live with me.  things did improve at the end of the year however and being unemployed was great when I had money.. I wont lie about that haha.

2nd worst year: 2016:  The start of the year was TERRIBLE and yes its all cos I had ppl with at mine.  it sorta improved after they all left but things were still bad at work... and losing my job at beach lands really sorta set the stage for the rest of the year sucking ass.  there was nothing really good about the year either. other years at least had some good parts to them... this year not really.

WORST YEAR:  2015:  this year just sucked ass.  major issues with other ppl.. including ppl at mine... although better at mine than 2016.  unlike 2016 though it did have some highlights... mostly work which was the last year where my time at post remotely resembled anything decent.


ok that's the 5 worst year... next writeup ill rank the 5 best years.

BUSY BUSY BUSY but great timing

Well it looks like im staying in Howick now.  Since my last post there has been issues with another Howick postie... but for a different reason and nothing to do with work.  there are two quotes which ring true in my mind at da mo... both relating to arguing.... i hate argueing... its a gross waste of time and energy... time and energy which i dont have at da mo.  I will also only argue my point if i think there is hope in resolving a crisis... and this latest crisis is beyond help imo.  It definately doesnt need my input anyway... and now that im run off my feet at work with day after day of 3pm finishes (used to finish at midday) i see no need to flog a dead horse... id rather just watch it decompose... ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Currently experiencing issues with my internet... changed over to a different net company and whilst the connection itself is working well... my laptop doesnt seem to be towing the line so im on my Vodem which at my place has bad rec...

Jaxx 40th

yes it finally being written up haha... here it is. All fears of any flashpoints between me and Eva were quickly put to rest as we both got along well for setting up the balloons etc.... but i was basically in my "i'm a male i'm there to EAT" state. i had no intention at all of dancing... well the rest is history really as i DID dance. I did manage to get down to 80kgs for the party as i had hoped to do... anyway rolled up to Skots place with Stipe and stoked the male psyche by talking about food and metal whilst watching MMA cage fighting on the tele.  The 5 of us then piled into my car... me, David, Stipe, Skot and Duff... i was the only one under 100kgs... our total weight was over half a ton lols but white lightning was up to da task. Once at da CNB however i put on my more girly state (similiar to what i was like in 2008 and 2009)... danced, posed and even kissed Jaxx under the kissing bell.  Lots of alcohol was drunk but i didn't drink.  quite funny as...

HOLIDAYS

I'm in the middle of my longest break from work since i started at nzp.  it's goin well btw and i've had LOTS of sleep hahaha.  as for a genuine holiday (ie when it's just ME that's not working) i dunno yet.  i didn't put in for holidays during may but at da mo i'm not fussed.  My entitlement starts in August but remember that i do plan on having a month in OZ next Jan.... of course that may not occur.  i will be taking holidays as i'm entitled to them however as i don't want to have anything owing to me in view of what happened with maccas and the fiasco surrounding that.
