LOVING RUN 23 NOW

23 is different to 42... faster but harder. Not really a run for cruising.... to make the most of this run it needs to be done fast. I'm also changing my weight plan..... last time i sed i was gonna gain weight with both muscle and fat but now it's just gain weight with muscle in order to keep dead weight to a minimum. the focus is still on legs and maybe some hill climb practice at da gym but also plan to do da "Junior workout" and do the odd upper body stuff as well... not much... just some bench at da gym and arms etc at home.... don't wanna bulk up in upperbody though.

I can now sort da run fine inside too. Glad i'm faster now cos on Monday i'm planning to meet Jaxx, Devon, Eva and Mel for lunch at valentines... this will depend on wot time i finish of course. Mondays is normally quiet...... but nothings certain in this job lol
