winter mode
Hey things have been pretty busy, lots of outings. CNB the other Saturday, Currently on easter break from work and even managed to grab a couple of kite sessions out at eastern beach. 2010 for me has sorta seen a gradual swing to old skool Tuxx times. Back in 1997 to 2007 i was in a period called "10 years of seperation". This periods was symbolised by obsession with watersports (kiting, surfing etc), lack of female company (ie i hung around with males) and very imformal attire like shorts and t shirt etc. In the early years it was also symbolised by being big. I also call it "winter mode" as i'm more likely to kitesurf in winter, tend to hang around with blokes more, dress more casually and tend to be bigger. This winter i plan to get huge... possibly over 100kg but definately wanna exceed 90kg. This shouldn't be too hard as i've been hovering in the mid 80s for the last few months so to be honest all i have to do is hit the weights and i'll reach 90. i won't have to adjust my diet as i tend to eat lots at the mo anyway... i could maybe eat more health food whilst retaining my junk food intake so i'm allways full. As its so close to winter there is really no point in me trying to lose weight (my fat percentage is actually not that high (about 14%) so if i keep it like that but increase my weight to 95kgs i'll be stoked for the winter. If that weight gain is mostly in my legs than it will benifit my job as well. I do not need to get super strong in my upper body as i don't do handepasses over winter when kitesurfing. most of my kiting over winter is simple fair dinkum moves that i allready know... and loads of big jumps. Another plus of having all that muscle is that when it starts warming up again in August then it should be easier to burn off excess fat for the summer... in which the weight target will be 70kgs. i burn off the fat... totally ditch all weight training except for strength training on arms and that should get me to 70kgs and SKINNY....
But hey thats da plan... now i need to impliment it haha... da hard part.
but firstly i'm not making any major moves towards becoming a "beast" until i get my moles checked at work. i need my arms shaved for that to be effective. so until then its ruthless cardio work along with normal strength training.
