Winter, sorting stuff out

Been quite into the gym as of late.  Definately been into it more since Devon joined up.  Now i tend to either go in after work (bout 1pm) and do a small workout focussed on a single muscle group OR do the group classes with Eva in the evo.  In da weekend i usually have a much longer workout, this is when Devon comes as well.  I'm still on a da big side at da mo.... this ain't a problem for this time of year for me cos once i get back into kiting i will be glad i have a bit of padding on me... but definately once it warms up again i will want to lose weight.  Still at 85kgs... spending quite a bit on going out... but gradually tightening the belt in that area... i don't believe in going "cold turkey" unless you have a very strong willpower... which i DON'T lol.

Work is going well.  Been on the drive out runs since i've been back.  No new runs for quite a while now.  Jan was the last time i did a new run and that was for 53 (bucklands beach etc).  did 54 (eastern beach) yday.  so in short i've done 8 runs (can do the whole by myself etc).

  • 42 - prince regent - bikeout - easy run - can get heavy
  • 23 - highland park - short - very steep hills - bikeout - mum works at rest home - light
  • 54 - eastern beach - quite long - driveout - heavy - mostly flat apart from end - devon lives here
  • 49 - pigeon mountain - quite short - bikeout - quite easy run - usually light
  • 45 - quite short - hilly and difficult at da start - can get heavy - driveout
  • 55 - long - quite flat - pretty light - bikeout - skot lives on this run
  • 53 - quite short - quite heavy - difficult terrain/hills - driveout
  • 36 - long - quite flat - usually light - bikeout - this is the run we divide up first if we short staffed
so yeah that's my office :P :P
