The winter winds of change

Yeah you can feel it in the air... today was quite chilly which of course was great for doin da mail in.  A cold, clean SW wind... real nice.  Unofrtunately i still have lots of work to do on my kitesurfing gear so no kiting at da mo for me.  I'm still a real lazy bum as i haven't done my Brisbane writeup or many of the kitesessions... i think i've written up all the OZ ones though.

Anyway i'm no longer in the flat... it was great for the 2 weeks i was there but bad timing financially as still recovering from my OZ trip... once i get some pennies saved up i may give it another crack as it was fun.

I've had several health issues to deal with... firstly of course was the panik attacks which have been causing problems since i've come back from OZ... and secondly i've had more problems with my teeth.... severe toothache was causing major problems last week... so bad infact that i finally decided to take action and get em yanked.  i got one pulled and i've named him "whitelitening II".  The removal itself was an uneventful affair.. a bit sore afterwards but nothing compared to the toothache beforehand and its mostly healed now.  Of course with all the focus on toothache i didn't have any panik attax... now that the teeth ain't causing problems the panik attacks have now reappeared lols.... woke up last nite after having one IN MY SLEEP.... racing pulse and i was freaking out at about 10pm... so i popped one of my crazy pills (used only in emergencies i mite add) and immediately felt better but was still shaken and scared.

I went to Andrews stag party on Sat nite which was excellent... unfortunately had to work for the first part of it.  However i DO have time off for the wedding on Friday :P.  Excellent, can't wait.

As you may have read i tend to change my body composition for winter.... the plan for summer of course is to get as skinny as i can... of course i never seem to have much success in doin this cos of my love of the yummies.  However from now until September my goal is more to put on muscle and even some fat to deal with winters arsenal of cold, wind and rain... both for kitesurfing and work.  I'm back at the gym now after taking it easy over the summer.  I'm making good progress.  Able to bench 70kgs again and can do 3 sets of 5 reps on 60kgs.  My bodyweight is just over 80kgs so still a way to go before i can bench my weight... then again i've only managed to do this once and that was at my peak in October last year.. i could bench 82.5 and i weighed 78.  Of course to get to that again i'm obviously more interested in getting my bench weight UP as opposed to my bodyweight DOWN and that is what seems to be happening.
