Car still needs WOF

yep white litening still needs its WOF... ive been getting it up to scratch... fixed the bumper and replaced a tyre. Went to church tonite and been going to the gym quite a bit. Thinking of getting back into the combat classes tomorrow nite... good time to get back into it as well as it is meant to be the coldest day so far this year so should be easier for me... overheating is the number one problem i have in that class and is the main reason why i stopped going.

We are on the verge of the run changes at work... the new system is coming in which will suit ppl like myself who are flexable and don't have any committments in the arvo apart from the odd kitesurf.

I have enroled for the 6 week challenge... but i'll be losing the weight by dietery means as opposed to pounding the pavement... i do enuf physicial activity as it is... it my EATING that needs change... what better time to start as i don't have social outings now due to me losing half of my friends.

There has a been a big shift to a more quieter mature attitude from me and this is no accident. firstly was me stopping swearing and then it was me speaking less... and still more changes are coming including me dressing nicer and a broader music taste. i've allready started dressing nicer... wearing jeans a lot which for me is flash. But back to wearing fancy long sleeve shirts... something i normally only do in summer believe it or not... and its mid winter atm.... dunno if this will continue into the hotter months but i know last time i did struggle with sweating which may have been due to my excess weight. This time round i plan to get very skinny.

Phase two of my gym plan is now up and running. Phase one was of course me eating as much as i can (including eating junkfood) and bulking up at da gym with 3 spoonfuls of bodybulk afterwards. Phase two is similar workout regime at da gym but the diet is different... 2 spoonfuls of bodybulk and no eating out/junkfood etc by myself with the exception of a gym snack... one every session. When ive eaten every gym snack i arrive at Phase 3 which is me heading back to the tried and true "biceps, abs and bench" pretty boy workout that i do to get "hot and skinny" for summer. My running partner Dayna prob won't be joining me this time round as shes pregnant... but there is a chance Eva mite... thats if we become friends again... unlikely atm but things could change after she has her baby and of course we could make up again at Skots bday which will prob be the next time we see each other as we are both going.

Phase four is the last phase which is controversial as it may involve me going to the gym for cardio as oppsed to muscle gain.... that means i'll be trying to get as light as possible.... losing fat and muscle to get down to 70kgs so i can handle the heat of summer as well as the light sea breezes for kitesurfing... however this is hard to do inpractice especially as food is my drug.
