The body is willing?
haha most of the past week has been all to do with my health... getting ready for athletics and now battling a cold. Also in health news it looks like me and Andrea have fallen out again... why is this health related? Well Chemtrails to be exact... she's paranoid about them to the point of obsession... she posts all this stuff on my facebook page yet when i post a religious article on my page she spazzes... remember i did not post it on HER page so i cant exactly be accused of ramming stuff down her throat... same can't be sed for her with this extremely unhealthy obsession with things she can't control even if they did exist... and there is evidence that they do exist especially in other parts of the world.. although i have yet to see any proof of it here in Auckland. But last nite she did me a favour and unfriended me and now for the first time ever ive beefed up the security on my site as the last rant she did on my page was after she unfriended me.. so i dont have to hear her whinging. shes quiet at work thank God... like me she gets on with her job and doesn't say much.
Speaking of work the new run is going well... mmmm should i put a list of the runs ive done on here or my website.... oh the decisions. After being hit with this flu today i did take a little longer than normal to do the mail but i was in no hurry... getting some sun on my legs so i dont blind too many ppl when i do athletics next week. Anyway this flu cloud may have a silver lining as it could very well help me shake some excess kilos. i have no intention of hitting the weights until i go to athletics so i'm definately expecting my strength to fade... still on phase 3 but until next Tuesday i'm on phase 4... once on phase 4 properly i'm expecting to get lots weaker in the upper body... this too may help me lose some weight for summer as imo one of the reasons for my elevated weight could be the extra muscle in my upper body... something that until recently i never really had... in 2009 i could only bench 40kgs but once me and Devon started goin together we decided to get good at benchpress so since then i benched quite often... and although ive had limited success expecially considering the amount of effort i put in i have doubled my bench weight to 80kgs... although i doubt i'm at that level now... if i tried now i doubt i could even bench 70kgs.
Anyway gonna get some sleep now... just chillin and recovering... atm not too keen on having time off... i was ok today despite being a tad knackered at the end of my run... its all in the diet... this is the first time ive actually resisted the temptation to "feed my cold" with junkfood. I may not be quite eating enuf (which of course means i can use the peroxide) but what i am eating is quite healthy... mmm may even lose weight hehe
