I am now on hols

yep thats right 2 weeks to be exact... a few things are planned... mostly social outings... not expecting to save any money over the hols but no plans to make myself broke like last time. a number of things to do online too including gettin into the Zynga games and of course making my website which will be unleashed these holidays... no real decent opffline template but i do have something... some of this stuff goes WAY back.

other things on the agenda are some work around the house, sorting out wild willy and even some kite sessions... i DID head out the other day and will post on my kitesurfing blog sometime soon... also coming soon is the writeup of Leana and Tamati's 21st which was my last outing with Pakuranga... although i didn't know that at da time lol.

Midway through these hols i make the switch from phase 2b to phase 3 in my gym programme... this means more focus on arms, benchpress and abs/core with no other muscles being worked. Phase 3 was the phase last year which got me benching 4kgs more than my bodyweight... the best ive ever done. Last week i could bench 82.5kgs... the same as i was doin at my peak last year... but last year i was 3kgs lighter at 78kgs vs 81kgs now. Unfortunately last sunday i was struck down with a stomach bug which made me lose weight but even more strength. But ive gained in both (yea ive been naughty with my food) and are now getting back to repping 70kgs... can do 4 reps vs 6 before i got sick... that was the best i've ever done btw... even in Oct last year i wasn't doin this.... ie when i was 78kg and benching 82.

i AM planning on losing weight over the hols but to do this i will need to be active at da gym and the kitesurfing/beach... i tend to relax in da weekend... coming out to play once everyone else is at work haha
